Emerald is our unique and upgraded villa, 1 out of 5 villas. It is different as it is built separate from the others and has a different bedrooms structure. But like the others, it was built while taking into consideration the environment, nature, and comfort of our guests. As we tried to understand what is the ultimate structure that will allow our guests to spend time together and gain new experiences and memories we combined the view and nature as the main principle and added calm and luxurious design, top products, and must-have equipment.
The center of each villa is the entrance level where you will meet the living room that has the comfort and a unique spot of view in the shape of a standing balcony. More than that, we have a TV with satellite channels that are located in the living room.
Just next to the living room there is the kitchen, which has everything you may need for your dining and cooking needs on a vacation. In the kitchen, we have a full-size refrigerator and freezer, an electric stove with a kitchen hood, cooking equipment such as pans and pots as well as a dishwasher and unique ceramic plates and mugs. As for coffee, we have a coffee machine, coffee pot, or a kettle so you can make your favorite coffee. And lastly, we will be happy to share with your our homemade olive oil that we make every year from the olive trees around the villas.
Before you leave to the first or upper floor at the entrance next to the kitchen you will find a small toilet.
When going down the stairs you will find our bedrooms, in villa Emerald, we have two similar units. Two bedrooms with ensuite toilet and a shower, both of them also have a closet and the main one has an amazing window door to the front of the villa. Although it is lower than the entrance our villas are built on the side of the mountain so even while going down the stairs you will be on the ground level. Between those bedrooms, there is a small service area with a washing machine.
As we are fully invested in the well-being of our guests we supply APIVITA amenities and COCO-MAT brand textile mattresses and pillows. Each one of our bedrooms and areas in the villa has its own AC together with a wood fireplace for cold nights or the winter season.
The last and top floor of the villa is the attic which overlooks the living room and has a double bed and a small toilet next to it. This is a unique spot but not for those who sleep light as it is a half-open bedroom.
Each one of our villas has two outside areas where you can sit together, at the entrance and outside the downstairs bedroom. Those are coming in addition to our great pool deck which we are sure you will be happy to share.
